The course aims to deepen students' understanding of key financial decisions in investment projects (international projects, projects with real options) and corporate financing (capital structure, debt vs. equity, dividend policy). This course enables students to substantiate their business proposals and evaluate their financial risks and impact on firm value.

3. Integration of real options into approaches to evaluate investment projects
4. Overview of the main capital structure theories and common issues and constraints in the practice of project financing
