Organizations are increasingly concerned about their impact on society. Initiatives around corporate social responsibility and sustainable development have emerged and have begun to be integrated into the strategy of these organizations. In this course, we focus on the development of projects and organizations aiming to create social impact. We expose students to tools that allow to better manage social impact in a context of climate crises and increasing demand to act towards a socio-ecological transition. Precisely, students will learn to identify and prioritize societal issues that are important both for their organizations and their stakeholders. They will also learn to analyze gaps and opportunities to increase the impact of their projects and organizations. Finally, they will be able to build impact strategies and assess their performance.
