1. Be familiar with the wide variety of information available on a trading floor;
2. Know how to use the main financial information analysis tools in real time to carry out the three main types of financial transactions: arbitrage, hedging and speculation;
3. Understand the different approaches to investment decision-making: macroeconomic indicators and technical analysis;
4. Acquire an understanding of investor psychology;
5. Understand the practical consequences of the organization (microstructure) of financial markets;
6. Participate in derivative and real-time trading sessions with other trading teams.
7. All sessions will take place in the trading room. Professor's lectures will be supplemented by in-class practical work and simulation labs.
