CDL Course 2: Growing technology ventures

This experiential course takes place in the context of the Creation Destruction Lab (CDL) - Montreal, an objective-based mentoring program led by accomplished entrepreneurs, investors and scientists, and centered on fostering the growth of entrepreneurial ventures mobilizing recent technological advances in artificial intelligence and data science. Carefully following the Program's key activities, the course prepares and coaches teams of MBA students as they work on two objectives-focused mandates with real-life technological entrepreneurs trying to rapidly grow their venture. The hands-on assignments ask students to work with entrepreneurs to define the mandate's specifics, agree on a timetable and deliverable, perform the necessary research and analyses, and write concise, professional quality reports and deliverables.
