Business Process Analysis and Digital Solutions Design

TECH 20709A
To achieve this, students will first learn to identify the main business processes involved in a company's value proposition. These business processes and the systems supporting them will then be analyzed in order to recommend improvement strategies that could be applied to the processes on the one hand, and to the data structure and processing found in the information systems supporting the improved processes on the other hand. Finally, students will learn to translate these recommendations into requirements and prepare a requirement specification document that will be used by the development team.
