Design and evaluate interfaces considering user experience

TECH 20703A
In organization, the user experience becomes paramount both for employees who interact with various interfaces (eg web and e-commerce platform, management packages, intranets) and for customers using websites, mobile applications and self-service kiosks at the store. According to the UXPA (UX Professionals Association), specialists are involved in three types of activities: research, design and evaluation of interactive system interfaces. UX research is the activity where we learn about the users of interfaces and the context in which they are or will be used. Design applies to the standards and principles that provide optimal user experiences. The evaluation corresponds to observing users interact with these interfaces, at any time of their conception and their development.
