This course introduces how to manage entrepreneurial and innovative processes, largely inspired by best practices (lean start-up, design thinking, business model canvas...) from leading firms. It introduces a set of practical tools from these best practices and applies them to real-life cases. Experimenting with these tools provokes a reflection on how to put them in practice and how this may influence performance.
We will therefore question not only the organizing innovation (process), but also the organizing for innovation (managerial context) and organization by innovation (strategy and culture).
This approach will also consider organizational forms favoured by contemporary organizations, particularly in terms of implementing open innovative processes, developing participatory and collaborative innovation models, mobilizing innovation communities, and how to best take advantage of innovation ecosystems.
