Entrepreneurship and Innovation : Concepts and Tools
ENTR 11000A
After an introduction to the Business Model Canvas, students form small teams to brainstorm and select a problem they wish to solve. At each session, they are exposed to new tools and theoretical notions which help advance their project. They learn the key elements of Lean Start-up and Design Thinking methodologies. At the end of the course, students must present the Business Model Canvas for their own entrepreneurial project with a clear value proposition for their target clientele.
