Managing Data and Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is widely recognized as a source of potential competitive advantage in organizations, e.g., through the provision of large amounts of data (big data), or the use of cloud computing. AI makes it possible to accomplish various goals, such as the automation of business processes and the optimization of decision-making. Despite this potential, many organizations struggle to successfully deliver on their AI initiatives. The objective of this course is to provide students with important notions to help them better understand and manage the development of AI in the organization.
