Our overarching objectives for these sessions are as follows: - to expose students to the variety of theoretical perspectives and topic areas that family business scholars have focused upon in the past and at present; - to develop students' reflective and critical abilities in a research area that is still young, but reaching a certain maturity and legitimacy, now with three dedicated academic journals.
