Strategic Management 1: Strategy analysis

Strategic Management I focuses on the strategic problems of an organization: those that are important for its short-term survival and long-term development. It aims to develop the skills and attitudes required to make a strategic diagnosis and propose sustainable and responsible strategies to address it. This course will cover the main concepts and tools of strategic analysis, including those related to ESG issues. It will provide knowledge on the formulation, evaluation, and implementation of relevant, achievable, and acceptable strategies that take sustainability issues into account. Course Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Ethics Integration The course aims to develop the skills and attitudes required to establish a strategic diagnosis and propose sustainable and responsible strategies to respond to it. The course will cover strategic analysis concepts and tools, including those related to ESG issues and sustainability challenges.
