We explore how these issues impact the link between strategy and the company's organization, with an emphasis on the role the company plays in implementing a strategy with sustainability as a competitive advantage. We will then address how these issues can be accounted for in the development of a strategic action plan. Lastly, we will examine the manager's role in the implementation and execution of a strategy with ESG imperatives.
