A list of courses you are currently taking outside HEC Montréal. For each course, specify the name of the institution and the term.

A copy of your transcripts to prove that you meet one of our criteria, unless you completed college (CEGEP) in Quebec.
A result from either an English test or an English program that corresponds to an intermediate-advanced level and was obtained within the past two years. Official scores on tests taken outside HEC Montréal must be sent directly by the issuing organization.
At least two letters of recommendation, preferably from professors or, if that is not possible, from persons in your work environment.
Allow sufficient time for those providing a recommendation to complete and submit your recommendation.

Choice of study program: What professional and intellectual concerns motivate you to pursue a degree in this program? Explain your choice.

We require an official certified translation for any document drafted in a language other than French or English.

An email regarding the documents to be submitted will be sent within three business days of the application being submitted. This may take longer due to statutory holidays.
In the email, you will find your HEC Montréal student ID number. This student ID number will allow you to access your HEC en ligne account.
You will then have five business days to submit the required documents in PDF format (PDF, 200 KB) through HEC en ligne.
Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Certain original documents may be requested when you arrive.
