More specifically, the course : - explores the many facets of Lean management and continuous improvement with the help of numerous examples; - provides an overview of improvement and problem-solving tools, and the contexts in which they are most appropriate; - shows the different stages involved in improving a process, and the management issues involved in an improvement approach; - prepares students to become players who can integrate this management practice into their daily lives, or to act as members of a process improvement team, or even as internal consultants within an organization.
